Location: Lekki, Lagos Island, Lagos.

As a global professional consulting firm, we are current recruiting an ENT Consultant for one of our global Healthcare Investment Group, to provide expert clinical care, often in multidisciplinary teams, while mentoring junior staff, contributing to research, and participating in on-call rotas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Diagnosis & Care: Assess and treat disorders such as hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, and voice disorders.

Surgical Procedures: Perform complex surgeries on the ear, nose, throat, face, and neck, including tumour removal, septoplasty, and thyroid procedures.

Consultation & Management: Conduct outpatient clinics, inpatient reviews, and develop specialized treatment plans.

Emergency Care: Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency ENT services.

Collaboration: Work with audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists.

Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic patient records.

Training & Education: Train and supervise junior doctors, medical students, and allied health staff.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Education: Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Otolaryngology.

Certification: Board certification or equivalent and valid license to practice.

EXPERIENCE

Proven experience as an ENT surgeon or specialist, often requiring a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.

Skills: Exceptional surgical techniques, strong diagnostic abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Compliance: Adherence to hospital governance, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
