Location: Lagos, Mainland (Hybrid)

This is a wonderful opportunity for a versatile and experienced EA who has top Private & Business skills to be the first hire for this Principal in the Maryland, USA, with offices in Lagos, Nigeria, who has wide business & private interest interests. The role will be 70% remote and 30% hybrid. Business based in Lagos, Nigeria and HQ in Maryland, USA. Organising matters on an international level is second nature to you and you are used to working sometimes “on the go”.

Primarily supporting the charming and interesting Principal who is in Lagos, couple of months of the year, you’re require to work with on site and in the office when required when in the Nigeria. Working hybrid for the rest of the year and going on various appointments when required. Possible overseas travel in the future.

Keeping a very busy business and private diary and able to prioritise when changes occur, informing the wider management of any changes. Making all private appointments, dinner and event reservations, appointments & personal events etc. Planning and executing complex schedules & extensive travel for the Principal. Arranging events and family celebrations both in the USA and Nigeria.

Liaising with the management company that oversee their operations, you will enjoy being involved assisting with the administration and oversight of the businesses and have good following up schedules, payments and reporting any problems. Good budget management and able to flag up any issues as they arise. The Principal is also involved in an investment company

8-10 years experience in a busy 50/50 role is needed, a flexible and hands on approach and happy to pick up text and occasional calls out of hours. A positive and helpful person who wants to become part of a very happy international team who all chip in to get the job done. Liaising with the Household Management in USA Lagos occasionally and the Principal of the organisation in the USA.

Excellent tech skills, numerate with top English skills written and spoken, highly organised with a wide knowledge of property and private support.

Importantly, the working hours will be from 2.00 pm to 11.00 pm Nigeria time, this is due to the differential in time between Nigeria and the USA
