HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Remuneration: N9.6M – 10.8M pa + additional benefits (Salary negotiable, depending on skills & experience)

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

An HR Business Partner to support a growing team and help leaders make smart people choices.

You will work with department heads on workforce planning, coaching, and performance management. This role connects the human resources department with daily business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning: Help leaders plan team structures, headcount, and talent needs to hit company goals.

Manager Coaching: Advise leaders on performance reviews, daily conflicts, and team health.

Employee Relations: Handle complex employee issues, investigations, and policy questions.

Data and Metrics: Use HR data, turnover rates, and engagement scores to spot trends and fix problems early.

Change Management: Guide teams through company changes, reorganizations, and scaling.

Cross-Functional Work: Team up with recruiting, compensation, legal, and finance to keep HR programs smooth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

Experience: 4 to 7+ years of progressive human resources experience, ideally in an advisory or generalist role.

Skills: Strong communication, data analysis, problem-solving, and business knowledge.

Certifications: Credentials like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are a plus.
