Remuneration: N1.8M – N2.5M pm

This West Africa leading Security Company with dominance in the areas of security risks across physical & virtual spaces, Cyber Security Solutions, Security Technologies/IoT, Security Risk Advisory & Consulting and Security Education, with its headquarters in Lagos has quadrupled headcount in the past 5 years and is looking to double headcount in the next couple of years.

They are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial HR Head, Outsourcing, who has been through the scale-up phase previously. HR Change experience is vital and you’ll need to be a real self-starter as this role reports into the Board and is a highly-valued crucial role for the firm.

They need someone with experience of organisational development and outsourcing who understands the challenges of a successful company growing at pace. The company has over 20,000 people currently.

THE ROLE

As Head of Outsourcing, you will lead a strong skilled team of sourcing and recruitment, training and induction, employee’s relations and service, the provision of a strategic and efficient Human Resources function, driving organisational development and cultural transformation. You will work closely with senior leadership teams to create strategies that unlock the full potential of employees, foster innovation, and align the organisation’s culture with its core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Designing and implementing leadership, management development, and talent strategies to ensure effective succession planning.

Leading the development and execution of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies.

Developing programmes to optimise employee well-being, including physical and mental health, happiness, and job satisfaction.

Managing all aspects of the employee outsourcing, lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Overseeing the development and implementation of HR policies in line with employment legislation and best practice.

Providing strategic HR guidance to senior teams, ensuring organisational growth and cultural alignment.

Managing a high-performing HR team and administration function, empowering them to thrive and achieve their potential.

 

DESIRABLES

To excel in this role, you will have:

A degree-level qualification with professional CIPD membership.

A proven track record of strategic HR Outsourcing and organisational development, including experience in employee relations and managing change.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Creativity, innovation, and the confidence to challenge norms and lead change.

Strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
