PHYSIOTHERAPISTS

Remuneration: N500,000 – N850,000 based experience and skills

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

A well experience and skilled physiotherapist is urgently required to assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical challenges, injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to restore movement and manage pain.

To works directly with patients across all age groups to create custom rehabilitation programs. The role combines medical knowledge of the human body with hands-on care to improve strength, flexibility, and daily function.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Evaluate a patient’s physical condition, medical history, and range of motion.
• Treatment Planning: Design and execute individualized therapy programs (such as manual therapy, joint manipulation, and therapeutic exercises).
• Progress Tracking: Monitor recovery, update care plans as needed, and document clinical notes.
• Patient Education: Teach patients and families safe movement, posture, and injury-prevention strategies.
• Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Coordinate care with doctors, nurses, and other specialists.
• Administration: Maintain records, manage schedules, and ensure equipment is clean and functional.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Licensing/Registration: Valid registration with a national or regional governing body (such as the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board [MRTB] in Nigeria, the HCPC in the UK, or provincial bodies in Canada).
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of human anatomy, musculoskeletal systems, and exercise physiology.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, active listening, patience, empathy, and physical stamina.
