SALES EXECUTIVES – Tricycles

Remuneration: N200,000 – N350,000 pm + Commission + Other Coy. Bens

Location: Lagos

Our client is a new but very large and very successful Automobile company with Global presence and specialty in the fast-growing Tricycle Industry. They are urgently seeking dynamic and experienced Sales Executives for the growth of their dealership. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales and marketing management, and within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Develop and implement sales strategies/targets to meet or exceed sales targets in the automotive (Tricycle) industry.

·        Work successfully in a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and other key partners in the industry.

·        Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

·        Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance to senior management.

·        Collaborate with team members to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.

·        Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize sales and profitability.

·        Stay informed about competitors and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

·        Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

·        Coordinate with other departments such as finance, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.

 

REQUIREMENTS

·        Qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management or related field.

·        At least 3 – 5 years of experience in automotive sales of Tricycles, with proven track record of meeting sales targets.

·        Strong understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and customer needs.

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·        Excellent Microsoft office.
