PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

The role is primarily responsible for the execution of the credit control policy and all collection functions necessary to maintain Account Receivables within acceptable thresholds and support healthy cash flows.

The role holder will also manage customer queries, and prompt resolution through active engagement with relevant stakeholders giving due priority to customer retention.

1.       CORE FUNCTIONAL

  • Serve as business-wide custodian of specific operational knowledge on all payor billing contracts and agreements, including internal processes set up to support revenue cycle efficiency.
  • Deploy new and existing system infrastructure and associated tools to manage pre-authorizations, claims, and reconciliations and ensure prompt collection on accounts in line with agreed credit terms.
  • Apply rigor and diligence in claim processing to prevent rejections and denials, guarantee prompt payment, manage time, and optimize administrative costs.
  • Ensure all relevant financial and process metrics (AR Days, Rejected Claims, Invoice Ageing, Claims Denial Rate, Bad Debt, Processing Costs, etc.) close within acceptable thresholds each month.
  • Ensure all exceptions and waivers are approved in line with delegation of authority.
  • Maintain good working relationship with relevant contact persons to facilitate prompt resolution of queries from internal and external stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.

They’re looking for a well experience and skilled Training and Induction Officer to carry out the functions stated below.

As a security system technician, you install, configure, maintain, and repair video surveillance, alarms, and other security equipment while conforming to all safety protocols and other relevant codes.

This applies to the physical security and access to a building, as well as security systems to protect computer networking assets, where you establish system access with IDs, teach clients about creating passwords, and keep accurate records. You examine damaged systems to troubleshoot problems such as loose connections and broken insulation. Your duties also include drilling holes for wiring, running and positioning cables, studying install sites and building plans/blueprints to determine required materials and to ensure correct installation. Other responsibilities include mounting control panels, sensors, video cameras, conduits, and more. Once systems are installed, you run tests on circuits, sensors, backup batteries, sirens, and other security features to verify they are functioning properly.

REQUIREMENTS

The qualifications required to become a security system technician include a Higher Diploma or GED certificate and minimum of 3 professional years of experience in a related field.

You should be able to read blueprints and be trained in access control, alarm and intrusion, and how to install and program various systems.

Industry safety standards are mandatory for many businesses. This position requires extensive travel, so a valid driver’s license is needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical, as well as the ability to work effectively on a team, being detail-oriented, and thorough.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, bending, and climbing, and being comfortable working outside in adverse weather conditions.

You are also expected to wear safety equipment at times, pass periodic drug tests, a background check, and for some companies, you must obtain Government Security Clearance.
